INSCYD TESTING

Below are my personal results from INSCYD. If I were to only use my FTP results for training and racing, I’d be limiting my potential.

INSCYD provides not only an Anaerobic Threshold (FTP) but also an entire range of metrics we can use to train for specific events.

NEW TRAINING ZONES

You’ve probably used some sort of training zone builder in the past, and while some of those are the same, with INSCYD we are able to refine those. Most notably the addition of FatMax (essentially where you burn the most fat). We also are able to see advanced physiological conditions within each zone. This can be used to further enhance training and recovery.

Detailed Analysis

There are numerous other metrics we are able to determine using INSCYD. Below showcases how different my personal fueling demands are when racing XC vs. Marathon. We can use the software to find optimal strategies by adjusting planned glycogen reserves, diet type, specific race time goals and more.

INSCYD Testing is included or discounted within each coaching level. But for those who are looking to supplement their current training plans or are self coached, Hold Fast Coaching provides the following:

INSCYD Single Test & Analysis – $175

INSCYD Two Tests* & Analysis – $300

*Your second test can be performed at any point within the same calendar year. It is recommended you test every 3-4 months depending on what phase of training you are in or what your training goals are. Reach out for more information.
